Office Manager (m/f/d)
Lead one of our travel agencies with entrepreneurial spirit, team spirit, and real passion for personal travel consulting.
For our locations in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg and Bad Kreuznach, we are looking for an office manager who wants to develop people, confidently manage numbers, and inspire our customers with genuine travel passion.
Your tasks with us
- You lead the office based on business management key figures and create clear, reliable structures.
- You are a role model, sparring partner, and support your team in its development.
- You plan internal and external training sessions and promote professional quality.
- You actively sell travel services and advise on worldwide vacation destinations.
- With excellent service, you strengthen customer acquisition and customer retention.
What you bring with you
- A tourism-related education, further training, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in a travel agency or a comparable environment as well as already taken on responsibility.
- Positive leadership, initiative, and a good sense for people and numbers.
- Good IT and English skills as well as experience with tourism booking systems – or willingness to learn.
