Prices and availability come from the systems of the organizers or service providers and can change until the binding booking confirmation. The decisive factor is the confirmed total price with the specified services, fees, and payment conditions.
04To whom and how do I pay?＋
Recipient, due date, and permitted payment method are stated in the invoice or booking confirmation. Pay only to the account mentioned there or via the intended secure payment method. If you receive a different payment request, contact us via a known number.
05When will I receive my travel documents?＋
The timing and dispatch method depend on the provider and type of service. Many documents come digitally and sometimes only after full payment. Contact us if the deadline stated in your confirmation has passed or information is missing.
06What should I do if there is a spelling error in the name?＋
Contact us immediately and do not travel with unchecked discrepancies. Whether a correction is possible or chargeable is determined by carriers, organizers, and tariffs. The name should match the travel document used.

No, not automatically. For package holidays, unavoidable extraordinary circumstances at the destination may be relevant if they significantly affect the trip or transportation. Individual services and insurance depend on their specific contracts. Each case must be examined.
09What does the security certificate mean for a package holiday?＋
For a secured package holiday, the security certificate proves the insolvency protection of the tour operator. Check the organizer and insurer in your documents. Individual travel services do not automatically fall under the same protection.
10What should I do if I have a problem during the trip?＋
Report the issue immediately to the tour guide, organizer, or the contact person named in the documents and request a remedy. Document the location, time, photos, conversations, and receipts. In case of acute danger, first call the local emergency number.
11Who is responsible for entry, health, and insurance?＋
Travelers must comply with the entry, health, and customs requirements applicable to them. We provide guidance but no entry guarantee. Insurance benefits arise only from the chosen contract; check conditions, exclusions, and assistance contacts.
